•   A Barn Owl swooping low over a field at dusk.
•   In our Junior year the "Spartans" beat the "Vikings" in the
    annual Thanksgiving Day football game.
•   Bill Haley and his Comets.
•   August camping and Salmon fishing at La Push.
•   My first Fly-Rod.
•   San Francisco, San Diego, New Orleans, Waukegan, Norfolk,
    Guantanamo Bay, Charleston.
•   Old radio transmitters with PA tubes the size of tenor
    saxophones.
•   Transistors replaced Vacuum tube.
•   Integrated circuits replaced transistors.
•   Gibraltar, Monaco, Barcelona, Palma, Castellon, La Spezia,
    Monte Carlo, Never on Sunday, and Mediterranean Swim Calls.
•   Mass integration replaced integrated circuits.
•   TTY chugging along defining Carriage Return and
    Line Feed.
•   Pittsburg, New York, London, Paris, New Delhi, Beirut, Bangkok,
    Saigon, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Hanauma Bay.
•   Having just enough "script" to cover a surprisingly expensive
    dinner at the American Press Club in Saigon.
•   Trying to see all of the Louvre Museum on a Sunday afternoon.
•   Having a drink at "Bottoms Up" in Hong Kong and visiting the
    border with Red China.
