"El Coho II"
El Coho Sr. (aka "Lonesome Coho") stood silently watching lakeward at Driftwood Shores for many years. Sr. weathered heat, ice, rain, spray, snow, and wind. El Coho had many admirers, posing for selfies with campers. The coho was a magnet drawing campers attention and was a frequent topic of conversation around the park.
When the resort closed El Coho retired from his post. But Sr. has another career prospect. Château de Laurel, a winery, near Felton, PA has offered a position overlooking a pond on the venue. El Coho is eager for the new assignment.
El Coho II is a miniature, ceramic, reproduction of El Coho Sr. II occupied a place of honor on the mantel. Coho II evokes fond reminder of El Coho Sr., Driftwood Shores.
